I went for a more Icy/Rocky type of planet. I also eliminated a lot of the creatures because they didn't really seem like they served a purpose to the piece and I wanted to focus more on the environment. What I wanted my main focus to be was the blast of light in the center. 

This was the Color Palette I used for this project. There is also some yellow in the creatures eye, but these are my main five colors.

I still have a lot to work on. I tried to block in as much as I could. i still need to add in the characters and finish adding detail. My color palette is at the top of the image.

There was once a peaceful planet, but one day it was drastically attacked by it's sister planet due to lack of resources. The sister planet got jealous and the planet that was attacked wasn't being fair about the trades, thus the attack happened.

 These are mountains and I wanted to give it an Arctic feel and I also wanted to try and reflect the mountains in the water. Done in Photoshop.

Here is a RainForest. I tried to add different values when it came to the vines to show that the forest is a bit messy. The light section in the center is a small lake. The two mid-tone shapes are bushes and the rest are rocks. There are also some trees behind all of the rocks. Done in Photoshop.

This one was done by using Alchemy. I wanted this to be a destroyed alien planet. In the upper left hand corner it's an alien riding on a mechanical like bird. It's shooting spears like objects that's hitting the ground giving it that small impact look. The darkest area are destroyed buildings and flags. The lightest area is like a cloud of smoke. There is an alien on the left side of the dark center destroyed building structure and behind that is suppose to be a giant bird-like creature.
